We offer same day shipping if the order is placed by 4pm EST! All orders placed after 4pm will ship the next business day.

We ship via UPS, USPS, and Fedex. Free Shipping orders will be shipped either by UPS or USPS, depending on the location. Expedited Shipping orders will be shipping UPS. 

Our Free Shipping policy applies to orders shipped within the Contiguous (Lower 48) United States only. 

We offer a Flat Rate Shipping fee of $30 for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Just click the $30 flat rate option during checkout. Orders that qualify for this rate must be below a maximum weight of 20lbs.

We offer a Flat Rate International rate of $59.95, or $89.95 per package, depending on which country the package is shipping to. Our Flat Rate International fees apply to orders shipped to the following countries – Australia, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, United Kingdom . If you do not see your country on the list of countries we ship to, please contact us and we’ll see if we can ship there, and how much it will be.

Our Flat Rate international Rate applies to all orders weighing under 15lbs, or 1 complete longboard. Boosted Boards are not covered under the flat rate fee. Please contact us for an international shipping quote for Boosted Boards.  

We ship USPS Priority Mail International for International orders. The customer is responsible for all custom duties and taxes and/or VAT (Value Added Tax) on the items you purchase; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We only charge for shipping from the United States to your particular country. Please contact your local customs office for further information on your country’s statutes. Keep in mind the procedures that are required by customs can cause delays. All refused shipments will be charged $75 to cover shipping. This amount will not be refunded to your credit card or Paypal account.

Standard USPS Priority Mail International shipping times are typically 6-10 business days, but can vary per country.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Non-defective products may be returned or exchanged if the item is unopened in a condition that allows for resale (see below for our policy regarding defective products). All returned items must be unused, in new condition. Clothing must be unwashed and unworn, free of pet hair, make-up, smoke smell, or other inappropriate smells. Due to limited stock, replacement product may not be available and cannot be guaranteed.

Your item(s) must be returned with shipping pre-paid. Action Board Sports must receive returns within 30 days of the customer receipt date. Refunds will not be authorized after 30 days. All orders shipped with free freight discount and returned for refund will be charged the original shipping fees. All refused packages will be refunded in full, less shipping charges.

Action Board Shops does its best to stock exactly what’s pictured on the site, but in some cases, it is beyond our control. Manufacturers will sometimes change the colors on a product to provide options. Colors may vary, Action Board Shop will not be held responsible for items that may differ from image colors on this website.

Defective Products: You must contact Action Board Shop within 5 days of receipt of a defective product. Action Board Shop does not guarantee exchange or credit for defective items. If you believe your product is defective, please send it back along with the return form explaining the defect. If the product is determined to be defective upon receipt by Action Board Shop, a full refund will be issued. Acton Board Shop will reimburse shipping charges only on items declared defective. Due to limited stock, replacement product may not be available and cannot be guaranteed.

Incorrect Product Shipping: If Action Board Shop ships a product other than the product ordered, we will issue a call tag to have the product picked up at our expense. The customer will have the choice of receiving the correct product, another item of the same value, or receiving a full refund including shipping charges. Due to limited stock, replacement product may not be available and cannot be guaranteed.

Manufacturer Money Back Guarantees: Action Board Shop does not offer money back guarantees or honor money back guarantees offered by product manufacturers. If you have concerns regarding a product, contact the manufacturer directly to discuss and purchase products in order to be covered under the manufacturerÂ’s money back guarantees. Action Board Shop does not endorse or guarantee any manufacturer product claims.

Refunds: In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid and include a completed Return Form. All items must be unused in original packaging, with the original packing slip included. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund. All products will be inspected upon receipt in our warehouse. If it is determined that the product does not meet our return guidelines, it will be sent back to you. All orders shipped with free freight discount and returned for refund will be charged the original shipping fees. All refused packages will be refunded in full, less shipping charges.

Reimbursement of payment: Please allow a minimum of 7-10 days for refunds to be processed. When Action Board Shop receives the returned defective product, your credit card will be credited in full for the defective product plus the shipping cost. Customers returning non-defective products will receive a refund less shipping fees.

Shipping and Handling: We DO NOT accept C.O.D.’s on return items. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. For your protection, we suggest you return your merchandise via FedEx, UPS, or insured Parcel Post.

Delivery Address Change Request: In the event a shipping address needs to be changed after your order has been placed, an $11 “Deliver to Another Address” fee will incur. If you have received an exception notification from Fedex, contact them directly at 1-800-GOFEDEX to have the address changed.
